Thank you for the great service you provide the children in your elementary school. It has been our joy and privilege to work with thousands of Michigan children in local elementary schools since 1936. Boys and Girls Bible Clubs is a non-profit 501(c)(3), non-denominational organization, dedicated to helping children make wise choices and be successful in life. We are not a part of any church or public school program. Our programs and services are offered free of charge. Children have no admission fees or supplies to buy. The only requirement is a parent or guardian’s written permission to attend. Schools usually consider or classify us in the same category as other student groups like the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. Our certificate of insurance form is available upon request. Everyone is welcome to attend the Clubs at any time.

Boys and Girls Bible Clubs teachers donate their time and resources to provide a loving, positive, and safe atmosphere where children are able to grow and gain a strength of character that can make them truly successful, useful, and happy citizens. Please be assured that the safety of our children is of paramount importance to us. Every Bible Club teacher must complete an extensive application and is screened through the Michigan State Police before being approved to work in a Club. Every worker is also required to complete training on child protection and all clubs must have a minimum of three approved workers. Our workers always wear Bible Club ID badges when on school property and are instructed to follow all school guidelines for passing out invitations off school property.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I would be happy to help in any way possible. Thank you very much for all that you do and for being a champion for the children.

Respectfully, and with kindest regards,

Carole Bowyer
